Terms of Service
These terms apply to anyone who uses Quoteflow ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a quote request, signing up for a business account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.
1. What Quoteflow is
Quoteflow is a software tool that helps home-service businesses generate, send, and book quotes. We provide the software; we do not perform the home-service work itself. The business you reached us through is the contractor, not Quoteflow.
2. AI-generated quotes
Quotes you receive through Quoteflow are generated using AI based on the answers, photos, or video you provide. These are estimates, not binding offers. The final price is set by the home-service business after they confirm the scope of the work, typically on-site. Estimates may differ from the final price for reasons including additional access, scope, materials, weather, or job conditions.
3. Booking and cancellation
If you book through a Quoteflow page, the appointment is with the home-service business — not Quoteflow. To reschedule or cancel, contact them directly using the info on your confirmation. Refund and cancellation policies are set by the business.
4. Business accounts
If you sign up as a home-service business to operate a Quoteflow page, you agree:
- To provide accurate business and pricing information.
- To honor the estimates you publish in good faith and adjust prices only when scope or conditions justify it.
- To handle customer data you receive through Quoteflow in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Not to use Quoteflow for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't submit content you don't have the right to share (e.g., photos of someone else's property without permission).
- Don't use Quoteflow to harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone.
We may suspend or remove access for material violations.
6. Content you submit
Photos, video, and quote details you upload remain yours. You grant Quoteflow and the home-service business operating the page a limited license to store, display, and use that content for the purpose of producing your quote and providing the service.
7. Service availability
We try to keep Quoteflow running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change features, pause access for maintenance, or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quoteflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from the work performed by the home-service business. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to amounts you paid Quoteflow in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and (for active business accounts) email you. Continued use of Quoteflow after changes means you accept them.
