Privacy Policy
Quoteflow ("we", "us", "our") is a quoting and booking tool for home-service businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who runs Quoteflow
Quoteflow is operated by Riggio Exterior Solutions LLC, based in Long Island, NY. You can reach us at QuoteFlowGB@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a quote request through a Quoteflow-powered page, we collect:
- Contact info: name, phone number, email address, service address, and ZIP code.
- Quote details: the answers you give about your home (e.g., service requested, window count, building type, photos or short videos you upload to describe the job).
- Site analytics: anonymous page views, time on site, device type, and which step you reached. We do not collect IP-based location, names, or any data that identifies you from analytics alone.
If you are a business user signing in to a Quoteflow dashboard, we also collect your email, password (stored hashed via Supabase Auth), and the configuration you save about your business.
3. How we use it
- To deliver your quote and pass your contact details to the home-service business operating the page you used.
- To send booking confirmations and follow-ups about your quote (only when you've given consent).
- To operate, secure, and improve Quoteflow (e.g., fixing bugs, understanding which steps people drop off).
4. Who we share it with
- The home-service business whose quote page you used — they need your info to contact you and complete the job.
- Service providers that help us run Quoteflow: Supabase (database + auth), Render (hosting), OpenAI (for AI quote generation from photos/video), and HighLevel (for booking + email/SMS workflows). These providers are bound by their own privacy terms and only process data on our behalf.
- We do not sell your personal information.
5. SMS & email communication
If you opt in to text or email follow-ups, you'll only receive messages from the home-service business that quoted you. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
6. Cookies and storage
We use a small amount of browser local storage to remember which Quoteflow-powered page you came from and to keep you signed in (for business accounts). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your choices
- Access or delete: Email QuoteFlowGB@gmail.com from the address you used and we'll confirm what we have and remove it on request, typically within 30 days.
- Correction: Same address — we'll fix any inaccurate info.
- Opt out of messaging: Reply STOP to any text, or unsubscribe from any email.
8. Data retention
We keep quote-request data for as long as the home-service business needs it to serve you, and for a reasonable period after to handle disputes and improve the product. Business-account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request after closure.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Supabase with row-level security. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you as required by law.
10. Children
Quoteflow is for use by adults running or hiring home-service work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in a material way, we'll change the date at the top and (for active business accounts) notify you by email.
